When I stepped away from the traditional medical system to start this practice, my goal was simple: to bring humanity back into medicine. We live in a world of ten-minute appointments and insurance-driven decisions, but I believe your health should be treated as a journey, not a transaction. My focus is always on understanding the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—and creating a space where you never feel like a number.

To protect that relationship, I’ve built our practice around a direct primary care membership model. This allows me to work directly for you, ensuring you have the unhurried time and direct access you deserve without the middleman of insurance standing in the way. Because every patient’s needs are different, I offer two membership packages designed to meet you exactly where you are.

The Essential Wellness Package

Our Essential Wellness package is the cornerstone of the practice, providing a foundation for comprehensive, relationship-based health. It includes unlimited, unhurried visits and direct access to me via text, phone, or video. Because I believe healthcare should be transparent, your membership covers in-office diagnostics like EKGs and ultrasounds, as well as procedures ranging from skin biopsies to joint injections, all without additional supply fees. It is a complete medical home designed to simplify your life.

The Osteopathic Difference: I often incorporate focused osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT) to address specific concerns during our visits—whether that’s helping with drainage during a sinus infection, improving lymph flow, or addressing an acute hip or rib issue.

For individuals, this package begins at $119 per month. We also offer discounted rates for couples and families, and as of 2026, you can use your HSA to pay for your direct primary care membership fees. If you are a business owner looking to provide high-quality health benefits for your team, we also offer alternative health plans for employees, making it easy to provide your staff with the personalized attention they deserve.

The OMT Premier Wellness Package

As a doctor of osteopathic medicine (D.O.), I view the body as an interconnected system where structure and function are deeply related. The OMT Premier Wellness package is for patients who want to prioritize structural balance alongside their medical care.

It includes everything in our Essential package, with the added benefit of a dedicated, monthly full-body osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT) evaluation and session. These sessions are intended to reset your system, restore balance and help your body function as it was designed to.

Because of the time and hands-on nature of these sessions, our Premier package is currently on a waitlist. For patients on the waitlist, I still offer full-body OMT treatments whenever my scheduling allows. While I cannot guarantee a monthly session at this time, you can still access these treatments at a discounted member rate as openings arise.

Pricing for the Premier Wellness package begins at $169 a month. If you are interested in moving toward a more structured OMT schedule, I recommend enrolling in Essential Wellness first. This gets us started on your health journey together, and I’ll move you up to the Premier level as soon as a permanent spot opens.

What’s Actually Included?

I believe you should feel cared for, not charged for every little thing. That is why your direct primary care membership is designed to be truly all-inclusive. While many traditional clinics treat hormone optimization and medical weight management as expensive add-ons, they are core pillars of my practice at no additional cost. We focus on personalized care and premium support to help you feel balanced and energized—delivered with medical integrity rather than a focus on a bottom line.

Beyond these programs, your direct primary care membership covers the essentials of modern diagnostics and procedures right here in the office. This includes everything from your annual physical—a deep dive into your history and biomarkers—to more immediate needs like EKGs, lung function testing, and point-of-care ultrasounds.

Whether you need a skin biopsy, a joint injection, or even minor suturing, we provide the care and the supplies as part of your monthly fee. It is my way of ensuring that when you walk into my office, your only focus is getting better.

A Note on Labs

To keep your membership affordable and tailored to your specific health needs, lab fees are not included in the monthly membership. Because every patient’s journey is unique—requiring different markers at different frequencies—I don't believe in a one size fits all lab fee.

However, as your advocate, I have negotiated wholesale pricing for my members. We perform the blood draws right here in the office for your convenience, and you’ll find that our direct-pay lab rates are often a fraction of what you would pay through traditional insurance.

Personalized Add-Ons

While the direct primary care membership is designed to cover the vast majority of your health needs, I offer a few specialized services for those looking for an even higher level of convenience or data.

For members who want a deeper look at their progress, we offer InBody Body Composition Analysis for a $20 fee. In a perfect world, I include this for free, but I’ll be honest: bringing this technology into the practice was a significant investment early on. That being said, I felt so strongly about its benefits that I knew I had to make it available to you. It provides a detailed map of muscle mass and water balance, which is incredibly helpful for fine-tuning our weight or hormone optimization strategies.

I recognize that sometimes, the best place to receive care is in the comfort of your own home or office. For a starting fee of $100, I can bring the clinic to you, providing a mobile visit that respects your schedule and your privacy. Additionally, we offer elective IV pick-me-ups starting at $50 for those times you need an extra boost of nutrients and fluids. For those who wish to explore the benefits of osteopathic care without a monthly commitment, I also offer a single Comprehensive OMT session for $60. This includes a full-body evaluation and treatment to help restore balance where you need it most. These options are here to ensure that your care is as flexible as your life demands.
